Founder and Chief Dream Officer at Smart Move Italy. I've lived in Italy for over a decade and my team and I have helped thousands of people simplify the complicated process of moving here.
I've hosted this bootcamp every year since it started, and it remains the first step for thousands of people who go on to actually make the move.
I still remember standing at a hotel window in Siena, looking out over the rooftops, and deciding right then that I was moving to Italy. I called my husband and kids that same day and told them to start packing.
That leap was the easy part. Figuring out the actual process, the visas, the paperwork, the timing, took years of trial and error I wish someone had shortened for me.
So every year, I gather people exactly where you are and walk them through everything I wish I'd known, in the right order, so your first step doesn't cost you three extra years finding it on your own.
You're busy. That's exactly why this works: three hours over three days beats months of piecing it together yourself, one forum post or AI prompt at a time.
You think about moving to Italy more than you'd like to admit.
You've read the blogs and watched the videos, and you still don't have an actual plan.
You don't need convincing that Italy is amazing. You need a clear next step.
You want the real numbers, the real timeline, and the real pitfalls, not just the highlight reel.
Consider these three sessions your personal Move to Italy audit, the one that would normally take months to piece together yourself, done in three hours.
"The knowledge and sense of security you provide is vital. We honestly could not have done this without you. "

Do I have to attend all three days?
You'll get the most out of it by attending all three since each day builds on the one before, but you're welcome to join whichever sessions fit your schedule.
Will there be a replay?
Yes. The replays will be availalbe for a limited amount of time after day three.
I'm not from the US, UK, or Italy. Does the timing still work?
Sessions run at 10am Pacific (LA/Vancouver), 1pm Eastern (NY/Toronto), 6pm UK, and 7pm Italy time. Check your local conversion when you register.
Is this only for US citizens?
No! As a matter of fact, Samantha is Canadian/British and everyone is welcome. Day Three specifically covers how the path differs for EU citizens, non-EU citizens, and spouses of EU nationals.
How long are the sessions?
Each session runs just under one hour.
How can I save my spot?
You can register here.
How do I watch the sessions?
You can watch each session live on our YouTube channel. You can subscribe here.
Is it really free?
Yes. All three sessions are free to attend.
I haven't decided if I'm really moving. Should I still come?
Yes. That's exactly who Day One is built for. It's designed to help you figure out honestly whether, and when, Italy is right for you.
